Every employee hired through Winnebago HealthCare undergoes a criminal background check at the local,state,and federal levels.We ensure that our employees have experience in the field and each employee is required to complete a skills checklist upon hire.
WHC has a drug and alcohol testing policy before we hire and perform random tests after hire.
